A hint for Exercise 2.4: "Add þ(alien) to your model M=(D,þ)." means "Using your model M=(D,þ), determine an element ð in D and set þ(alien)=ð."

Nov. 09, 2001:

The statement given in Exercise 1.5 is wrong in general which can be shown as a Bonus-Exercise (10 Points).

Nov. 06, 2001:

In order to put Exercise 1.4 in concrete terms consider greedy search instead of best-first search.

Exam

There is a written examination (duration: 90 minutes) taking place on

Examinees have to register by sending an e-mail to Gero Iwan containing the name and matriculation number.

The deadline for registration is February 08, 2002.
